Smokey is a fire dog.
Equipment[]
The toy versions of Smokey feature a couple of different pieces of rescue equipment. The first of these is his retractable ladder that goes down and around that he wears on his back. The second is a giant water cannon. He is featured mostly in sets that include the Billy Blazes or Wendy Waters toys.
