Perry was born in Scotland who has a job as a parasailer who saves people in the air. In the series, he has a competitive rivalry with fellow Rescue Hero and air rescue specialist Cliff Hanger.

- Perry was mentioned in Rescue Heroes: The Movie by Billy Blazes when he told Al Pine and Bob Sled that he and Seymour Wilde are in New Zealand where lightning from one of the lightning storms of Storms of Destruction started wild fires, and sends them over there to assist them.
